Status of a new project – focusing on technical aspects of fusion of live video and data from optical motion tracking – is summarized. Also, the signifi cance of development in two areas is marked out: (1) in clinical fi eld of endoscopic surgeries as demonstrating and training tool; (2) in biomechanical research for accurate detection of human motion curves.
